SHIPPING & REFUND POLICY

SHIPPING POLICY

All orders are shipped through USPS.

Priority Mail transit time: 1-3 business days

​

Ground Advantage transit time: 2-5 business days

​

Processing Time

​​

Our current processing time is 1-7 business days. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Address Issues

​

If you provided an incorrect shipping address, please reach out to us at organicsknn@gmail.com immediately. If your order has not been shipped yet, we can update it for you. Once it has been shipped out, it is out of our hands. 

If your order is returned to us due to an incorrect shipping address, please reach out to us. We can issue you a refund or reship it to you if you are willing to cover the additional shipping cost.

If your shipping address does not exist when we are attempting to ship it out, we will reach out to you for an updated shipping address. The order will be automatically cancelled after 48 hours if we do not hear from you.

Damages and Issues

​

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Organic Sknn provides shipping insurance in the event of damage or loss of your package while in transit. If you do not select the shipping insurance option, Organic Sknn is NOT liable for lost or damaged goods.

Organic Sknn guarantees shipment of your goods to the address that was provided to us at checkout. If the receiver fails to provide the correct address, Organic Sknn is not required to refund the lost good. Please ensure you enter the correct address at checkout.

Combining Multiple Orders

​

We automatically combine all orders that are placed to the same name and shipping address. If you would prefer for us to not combine your orders, please let us know!

 

Stolen Items (delivered but not received)

​

If delivery has been confirmed for your package via the shipping carrier, we are no longer responsible for the acceptance of your order at that point, as we have fulfilled our due diligence. However, we will still do everything in our power to make sure you get your product!

Please note, tracking notifications are not 100% accurate in their timing. So, you may want to give it a few extra days or so to show up. If it still doesn't arrive, please check any other places that accept delivery in your neighborhood, or with neighbors.

REFUND POLICY

​All Sales are Final. Please carefully read all product descriptions and notations before placing the order. We do not accept any returns or exchanges, no exceptions.

Our products are handmade in small batches to ensure quality and consistency. However, due to these production processes and the use of all-natural ingredients, slight differences in size, smell, color or consistency are possible.

If the product you received is deemed defective, the item is eligible to be resent if reported within 3 days of the delivery date.

​

If an item appears to be missing from an order, we will immediately address the mishap by resending that item as a top priority. Missing items need to be reported within 3 days of the delivery date.

An item that is out of stock will be refunded or replaced with a similar item that is to the company’s discretion. This does not happen often, but it is possible. We apologize for the inconvenience that this may cause.

Packages that are returned to the sender (Organic Sknn) will be refunded; shipping charges will not be refunded.

Refunds (if applicable)

​

Refunds will be to the discretion of the company (Organic Sknn) handled case-by-case where the company agrees that a product/item is not to the mutual satisfaction of both customer and company. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain number of days. Please note that funds may take a few days to become available depending on your bank and credit card companies.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

​

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
